1. Shipping Coverage

CloudCherry currently ships only within India.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of successful order confirmation and payment.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak seasons, festivals, or sale events, dispatch may take slightly longer.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch are:

Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days
Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 Business Days
Remote Locations: 5–10 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout before payment.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with you.

You can track your order:

Through your CloudCherry account on our website.
Via the WhatsApp tracking message sent after dispatch.

6. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including PIN code and contact number.

CloudCherry is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

7. Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver every order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:

Weather conditions
Natural disasters
Public holidays
Government restrictions
Courier partner delays
Other circumstances beyond our control

CloudCherry shall not be held liable for delays caused by such events.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete order, please contact us within 4 calendar days of delivery.
